At Million Health Pharmaceuticals Pharmacy Pvt. Ltd. (Home Delivery), we strive to deliver the correct medicines and products in perfect condition every time you place an order. We recommend checking the items when they are delivered.
Key Definitions:
- Cancel / Cancellation: You can cancel an order only before it is shipped. Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
- Return: Returning a product means sending it back to us if there is an issue with your order.
When Can You Return a Product?
You may return a product in the following cases:
- The product delivered does not match your order.
- The product is near or past its expiry date (less than 3 months remaining).
- The product was damaged during delivery or has a tampered seal.
Important Notes:
If a customer makes false or unjustified claims about a product, Million Health Pharmaceuticals reserves the right to take legal action, and the customer will be responsible for all costs incurred.
- Do not accept damaged products at delivery.
- If you discover damage after opening, you can return the product for a refund. Replacement may not always be possible due to availability, in which case a refund will be provided.
- Return requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. Requests after 3 days may not be accepted.

- Contact us via our website www.millionpharma.com, the Million Health Pharmaceuticals app, call +91 994 047 2902, or email millionhealthpharmaceuticals@gmail.com (Operating mode: Mon-Fri 9: 00-23: 00; Sat-Sun 10: 00-20: 00).
- Our customer care team will verify your claim within 72 business hours.
- If the request is genuine, we will initiate product collection.
- The product must be packed in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Refunds will be completed within 30 days of receiving the returned product.
Conditions for Returns:
- Wrongly ordered products cannot be returned.
- Batch numbers on the returned product must match the invoice.
- Products must be in original packaging with price tags, labels, barcodes, and invoice.
- Products returned due to prescription changes are not eligible.
- Partially used products cannot be returned; only unopened, undamaged products are accepted.
