Sovihep D 400mg/60mg tablet is a combination antiviral medication containing Sofosbuvir (400mg) and Daclatasvir (60mg) used to treat chronic hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection in adults.
Medical Uses / Indications

How Sovihep D tablet Works (Mechanism of Action)
- Sofosbuvir is a nucleotide analog inhibitor of HCV NS5B polymerase, essential for viral replication
- Daclatasvir is an inhibitor of HCV NS5A, a protein required for viral RNA replication and assembly
- The combination blocks two key steps in the viral life cycle, leading to a sustained virologic response
Dosage & Administration
