How Viranz 600mg Tablet Works (Mechanism of Action)

Efavirenz is a non-nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NNRTI). It blocks the action of reverse transcriptase, an enzyme HIV needs to multiply, thereby reducing the amount of virus in the body.
